By submitting this request form, you agree to the following: Loan pre-qualification is intended to assist the borrower in determining the likelihood of obtaining mortgage financing for their situation, but it is not intended to be construed as a guarantee of financing availability. A commitment to provide financing is available only upon acceptance of a completed loan application in compliance with all Federal and State lending laws and subsequent approval of the mortgage financing request. Borrower(s) hereby agree(s) to permit The Suburban Group and/or its affiliates to conduct credit background check as a normal part of the loan pre-application process and represents that said electronic request waives requirement of borrower(s) signature(s).
